Entry Points

There exists a quiet intelligence that governs our body – an energetic structure that holds the memory of everything we’ve ever experienced. Our personal energy field is not a vague, spiritual concept or just a glowing aura; it is a measurable, tangible, living and breathing field that constantly communicates between our inner world and the world around us. This energy field is alive, operates through frequencies, vibrates, opens, contracts… and sometimes weakens.

These weaknesses – or access points – don’t just appear out of nowhere. They are the result of unprocessed emotions, suppressed traumas, chronic stress, or deeply rooted unconscious beliefs. When these internal tensions are not acknowledged and felt, energetic collapses form in our system. In those openings, external energies can enter – not necessarily to help, but simply because they resonate with what lives unconsciously within us.

Perhaps you recognize it: recurring patterns of loss, disappointment, or conflict, or relationships that reignite old pain. Or an inexplicable heaviness, as if something is pulling at you. It can feel like life is happening to you, as if you’re a victim of circumstance. But what if you’re actually creating this yourself through the frequencies you emit?

In physics (and in music), we know the principle of sympathetic resonance: when one object vibrates, another object with the same natural frequency begins to vibrate in response. Energy works the same way. When grief, fear, anger, or shame is vibrating in your field – even quietly in the background – you’re essentially broadcasting a signal. An invitation that the Universe always accepts.

At the vibrational level, the Universe doesn’t distinguish between ‘good’ or ‘bad’. It simply responds to what you emit. Just like a tuning fork that makes another one vibrate from a distance, the unprocessed parts of your field attract energies that resonate precisely with them. Thoughts, parasitic influences, or even entities – energies that match those lower vibrations find a match with what is disturbed or stuck in your personal energy field.

Unconscious trauma and deeply rooted pain literally create these openings in your field. Through them, heavier forces – both earthly and interdimensional or occult energies – can find their way in and attach themselves. These are not fairy tales or vague metaphors, but tangible, conscious energies that feed off lower frequencies like fear, despair, or guilt, and can even manipulate your emotions to sustain those states. This is about energetic hygiene and the awareness of how dark forces can subtly – or sometimes not so subtly – influence our behavior and perception.

Wetiko, as described by Paul Levy, is a collective psychic virus – a spiritual parasite that lives through our unconscious shadow. Fascinatingly, this phenomenon is mentioned and described in many Indigenous cultures. It feeds on fear, division, projection, and inner fragmentation. It distorts our perception and uses our unprocessed pain as an entry point, entangling us in patterns of victimhood, reactivity, or ‘spiritual bypassing.’ The most insidious aspect is that it often presents itself as you. Wetiko blurs the line between who you are and what is working through you. It reminds us that the real battle is not outside of us, but within. The more we avoid our pain, the stronger these forces grip us.

This isn’t about paranoia or constantly protecting yourself from ‘negative energy’. It’s about returning to your own power. Your energy field is designed with a natural defense system – a kind of vibrational immune system. But when that system is burdened with trauma or blocked by suppression, it loses its strength. Your field becomes porous, and thus penetrable.

Healing these vulnerable spots begins with awareness. Every time you approach a wounded or separated part of yourself with consciousness and compassion, you not only bring healing – you also close access points. You remove parasitic influences and invite your life force, clarity, and inner truth to return.

This is usually not a quick fix, not a magical healing in one session. It is a daily practice in energetic awareness. An invitation to face your inner world with curiosity, wisdom, and a bit of courage – and to accept it for what it is in that moment.

You are not a victim of life. You create your personal life experience – both consciously and unconsciously – moment by moment. By making the unconscious conscious and meeting it with compassion, you cleanse your energy field, strengthen your boundaries, and restore the flow of your life energy.

When your energy field becomes strong, clear, and grounded again, your entire presence changes. You begin to emit something else: wholeness, presence, and inner strength. And that is the energy that creates a life aligned with who you truly are – attuned to your blueprint, and nourishing to everything and everyone around you.
